2022 saw me back to working on weddings with no imposed restrictions and after the previous two years it was a huge joy and delight to be free, doing what I love so much!
My year has been filled with the most amazing weddings all over the region including stunning country locations, barns, country houses, exquisite hotels and exclusive venues/estates/family homes too. I've been very privileged and captured weddings in the Costwolds, Dumbleton and The Swan at Bibury, Curradine Barns in Worcestershire twice, Arley House, Hellens Manor in Herefordshire, Grafton Manor, Stone Manor near Kidderminster, Cider Mill Barns in Warwickshire, a private estate in Staffordshire, Cheltenham, locally in Malvern at The Abbey Hotel, Himley Hall in the West Midlands, Gloucestershire and more.
2022 saw a focus on couples planning lots and lots of fun! Some of my wedding highlights have seen me capture surprise singing waiters planned by the couples' parents - there was so much singing and dancing which really set the atmosphere alive, it was electric! Rodeo which was brilliant fun and amazing to capture awesome action shots. Laser clay pigeon shooting - nothing like a bit of competition between guests! Choreographed first dances, all the prettiness from beautiful styled days, lots of emotion, epic sunsets and light plus all of the love, the stories, the tears, laughter and the most amazing memories for couples!
Not only has my year been busy with weddings, my studio has grown considerably and I've definitely seen a surge in maternity, newborn, sitter, cake smash and family photography sessions this last year too!
2023 is set to be another amazing year with beautiful weddings booked across the Cotswolds, Midlands, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. I'm visiting venues I've photographed at many times like Birtsmorton Court, Manor by the Lake and some new ones like Lapstone Barn in the Cotswolds and Bennetts Willow Barn where I've captured many shoots and styled events at and Barns and Yard too. I'm always happy and very willing to travel too so if you're having a wedding further afield I am definitely up for a road or air trip! I have a several engagement sessions booked in along with weddings for this year too including one at Stanbrook Abbey and I love choosing creative and pretty locations for these. These sessions are perfect for us to get to know each other more ahead of your day but also for you to feel more at ease and comfortable with me and having images of you captured ahead of your special day!
My highlights will take you through the story of a wedding day through my some of my couples' amazing days! So grab a glass of fizz and enjoy all of these amazing moments...
